Our Instant Perineum Cooling Padsicles are very easy to use. The following are the steps on how to use them:
For perineal use :
- Remove the pad from the packaging and gently press it all over to activate the cooling. You should hear a pop when you press the pad.
- Give it a good shake.
- Take off the adhesive strip and stick the pad to your undies.
Now sit back and enjoy the cold, soothing feeling on your perineum.
For use on C-section incision:
- Remove the pad from the packaging and gently press it all over to activate the cooling. You should hear a pop when you press it.
- Give it a good shake.
- Place it pad down on the incision area and let it provide you with the much-needed relief you deserve.
Can Perineum Cooling Pads be reused?
Definitely not. Our padsicles absorb after-birth vaginal discharge like lochia and blood, so they need to be discarded after one use.
The cooling element is also single-use and cannot be activated again.
