Q: How much does the Click & Collect service cost? A: Pick up is absolutely free.
Q: How will I know that my order has been successful? A: Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order number and order details. (please keep an eye on your Junk Box)
Q: How will I know when my order is available to collect? A: Once your order is ready for collection in store, you will receive a ‘Babyroad Online Order’ email
Q: What will I need to bring to the store to be able to collect my order? A: To collect your order, you will need to take your ‘Babyroad Online Order’ email along with the Layby Number & photo identification (current Australian Drivers License or Australian Passport ).
Q: Can I have someone collect the goods on my behalf? A: You can nominate someone to collect the order on your behalf. In order to collect the goods they will be required to bring along a copy of the ‘Babyroad Online Order’ email with the Layby Number along with photo identification (current Australian Drivers License or Australian Passport).
Q: Where inside the store will I collect the goods from? A: Please see a staff member at the counter & they will assist with your collection.
Q: What are the trading hours for the store? A: Monday – Saturday between 9am – 5pm. Please note we do not open public holidays.
Q: What if I need to make an enquiry about my order? Please call 08 9317 1423 or send through an enquiry here – Contact Us. Your order number which is located on your order confirmation email can be used as a reference.
Q: What if I change my mind? A: Please call 08 9317 1423 or send through an enquiry here – Contact Us and one of our team members will be able to guide you with the next step.
Q: How long do I have to collect my goods? A: You have 7 Business Days to collect your goods once the order has been fulfilled.
Bring a copy of this confirmation email or the confirmation number; AND The credit card you made your purchase with; AND Photo ID so you can receive your items.
